Contact details via contact form, phone, chat or e-mail will be kept for up to 5 years.

Applications: letters and CVs are kept for up to 4 weeks after we have made a decision on a candidate. Unless we have agreed otherwise with the candidate.

Qbil Software B.V. does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if strictly necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to meet a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on your behalf, we conclude a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality for your data. Access, correct or delete data

To verify that it was you who made the request, we will ask you to include a copy of your ID. Obscure your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and no later than within four weeks.
