What will we cover?

1. Overview of Web Reports

Qbil-Trade offers more than 50 customizable reports, including position lists, mark-to-market analysis, and purchase and sales statements.
These reports provide a clear and structured overview of your business through interactive dashboards, graphs, and tables.

2. Searching & Finding Reports

Finding the right report is quick and easy.
Using the search function in the top right corner, users can instantly locate any report within Qbil-Trade.

By selecting ‘Reports’ in the search menu and entering a keyword, only relevant and accessible reports will be displayed — saving time and improving efficiency.

3. New Chart Functionality

Introduced in February 2025, the new chart feature takes reporting to the next level.

With this functionality, you can:

• Visualize real-time data using dynamic charts
• Easily switch between chart types
• Customize layouts and formatting
• Save and share tailored visual reports
• Export charts for external use

You can activate this feature by toggling “Graph” in any web report. By default, data is shown as a bar chart, but can easily be adjusted via the tool panel.

4. Pivot Tables & Real-Time Dashboards

All key management information is available in well-structured pivot tables, graphs, and dashboards.

Because all data is generated in real time from Qbil-Trade, you always have access to the most up-to-date information, including:

• Positions
• Profit & loss
• Credit limits
• Currency exposure
• And more

This allows you to stay in control and respond quickly to changes in the market.
