Do you have a quick question? You can easily ask it via the chat function in our software Qbil-Trade. If your support request is more detailed, we kindly ask you to submit your request via email.

Our standard phone support is provided in English. Upon request, we can check if a team member is available to assist you in your preferred language. In that case, we will call you back. Our team includes speakers of English, Dutch, German, Spanish, and Turkish.

No, Qbil-Trade is exclusively available as an online solution.

No, our software is continuously improved through regular updates. Some of our clients have been using Qbil-Trade for over 15 years without needing to buy a new version or undergo a fresh implementation.

Invoices are issued with a standard payment term of 10 days. Payments are made via bank transfer. 

Qbil-Trade covers the entire trading process, from contract management to invoicing. It supports contract tracking, trading positions (long/short), spot trading, currency hedging, order and logistics planning, brokerage fees, and much more. The system also generates reports and documents to streamline operations.

Yes, Qbil-Trade supports various weight and packaging units, making it suitable for finished product trading as well.

Absolutely. We have extensive experience with silo inventory management and understand its unique stock valuation methods. Our software includes features to manage order sequencing, avoid miscalculations, and prevent negative stock balances in silos.

Many of our clients start with this concern, but our software is highly configurable. Through our setup wizard, we determine your needs, and you’ll find that we cover many specific requirements by default. Documents often require extra customization, which we can accommodate.

Your Qbil-Trade environment can be set up within two business days.

We provide a structured spreadsheet for you to fill in. Once completed, we handle the data upload into the system. Our team is available to assist you during this process.

Our step-by-step onboarding process guides you through all necessary setup decisions. Our Wizard asks essential questions, from preferred currency settings to trading position configurations, ensuring the system is tailored to your business.

One license equals one concurrent user. For example, if you have 15 users but purchase 10 licenses, only 10 users can be logged in simultaneously.
Modules are linked to the number of licenses purchased. If you select a module, the number of modules must match the number of licenses.
