Your smart shortcut to Qbil-Trade
The AI Assistant is now available to all Qbil-Trade users at no additional cost. Previously only accessible to administrators, it is now available to everyone — always based on user roles and permissions.
Integrated directly into Qbil-Trade, the AI Assistant helps you find information faster and work more efficiently by simply asking questions in natural language. Especially for users who are still getting familiar with the system, but just as useful for everyday work.
It replaces the former AI Navigator and offers a more conversational, intuitive way to access information. Instead of searching through menus or screens, you can simply ask a question and receive a clear, direct answer.
What can you use the AI Assistant for?
Find information quickly
Ask questions about:
- Orders (purchase, sales, transport)
- Contracts and conditions
- Invoices and payment details
- Customers and order history
- Products and specifications
All answers are based on real-time data from Qbil-Trade.
Open reports directly with the AI Assistant
You can now also ask the AI Assistant to open reports for you.
For example:
- “Show me the sales overview”
- “Open the stock report”
The requested report will open directly on your screen, provided you have access to it. This allows you to move from a question to a report instantly, without navigating through menus.
Use it as a guide in the system
The AI Assistant can also help you:
- Navigate the system
- Search for specific information
- Understand how certain parts of Qbil-Trade work
Natural conversations
- Ask questions in your own words
- Use in your own native language (many languages are supported like Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and more)
- Ask follow-up questions without repeating context
Conversation history & feedback
- Your previous questions and answers remain available
- You can provide feedback on AI responses directly in the chat
- Support for more advanced questions will be added over time.
