What to do in case of a malfunction or outage?

Are you experiencing issues with Qbil-Trade, sending emails from Qbil-Trade, or with our telephony?
Please follow the steps below:

1. First, check the Status Software page

On our website (bottom right corner), click the globe icon to open the Status Software page.
Here, we immediately publish any reported issues or outages, along with updates and estimated resolution times.

Tip: If a message is shown, please do not contact us — our team is already working on a solution.

2. No message, but still having issues?

If nothing is shown on the status page, please contact us via:
support@qbilsoftware.com or +31 318 502026

Please include:

  • Your company name
  • A short description of the issue
  • Whether it affects multiple users

This helps us assist you faster.

3. Internet connection problems

Sometimes, the problem may be external — for example, with your internet provider.
In that case, you won’t see anything on our status page but we may be reachable by phone.

You can check:

Are websites like www.nos.nlwww.bbc.com or https://www.daserste.de/ not loading? Then there’s likely an internet issue.

Try mobile internet to see if you can find more information about local or national outages (for example via national news websites or Twitter/X)
