On the homepage of our website you’ll find the globe icon “Status Software”.

From now on, when you click this button, you will be redirected to our live status page: status.qbiltrade.com.

Experiencing issues with Qbil-Trade or our telephony?

Please first check the Status Software page.

On this page we will immediately report any incidents, planned maintenance, and updates on progress and expected resolution times.
If there is an active incident, you can subscribe to it and automatically receive updates about the status and resolution.

No incident listed, but you still experience problems?
Please contact us via support@qbilsoftware.com or by phone.
To help us assist you faster, please include:

  • Your company name
  • A short description of the issue
  • Whether the issue affects multiple users

 

This way we can investigate and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
