With the new On-Demand Export functionality in Qbil Trade, you can now export invoices directly to Exact Online via API. Manual steps like creating and uploading XML files are no longer needed.

What’s New?

• New “Export via API” button in the user interface
• Overview of invoices and related records marked as ready for export
• Option to select or deselect records – only the selected invoices will be exported
• After confirmation, the system begins processing and displays the message: “Invoice export API is in progress”

Important:
Invoices are linked to their corresponding relation data. Make sure all required relations are included in the export to ensure correct processing in the accounting software.

• Export via API – Export selected invoices directly to Exact Online via the API

Existing:

• Export selected – Export your chosen records in CSV/XML format
• Export all sales invoices – Export all sales invoices ready for processing
• Export all purchase invoices – Export all purchase invoices ready for processing

This new functionality is now live in the production environment.
