Multiple Contract Lines for Every Customer
The latest Qbil-Trade release brings changes to Contracts, AI summaries, and the AI Hub.
Multiple contract lines on any contract or offer
You can now add or remove contract lines directly on any contract or offer. This used to depend on a configuration setting, which meant some customers could only have one line per contract. That setting is no longer needed.
Two things change with this update:
- The Purchase Contracts and Sales Contracts overviews now open in the Combined view by default. Use the toggle at the top of the screen to switch to Per Product. Saved columns and filters are kept separately for each view, so your Per Product settings are still there.
- PDF layouts do not change. If your contract layout prints only the first contract line, it will keep doing so until the layout is updated. Contact support so we can plan the update with you.
More complete AI summaries
Summaries of orders, contracts, and sales invoices now show more detail. Order summaries show the purchase price and sales price per line, each with a total and currency. Contract and sales invoice summaries take their data from the record itself rather than the printed document. Each summary also lists which order lines, attachments, and emails it left out, and labels amounts excluding and including VAT.
Ask the AI Hub out loud
For Support queries, you can now speak your question instead of typing it. Click the microphone in the AI Hub sidebar and the answer is read back to you. You can interrupt to ask a follow-up. This works well with a headset or when working from home. Voice is currently available in English only.
