At Qbil Software B.V., we take the protection of personal data seriously. When customers use our software solutions, including Qbil-Trade and Moo Software, we may process personal data on their behalf.
To ensure that this processing is carried out securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, we have established a Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
Roles under GDPR
In most cases:
- Our customers act as the Data Controller, determining the purpose and use of personal data within the system.
- Qbil Software B.V. acts as the Data Processor, processing personal data solely on behalf of the customer and according to their instructions.
How we protect your data
Qbil Software implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, or misuse.
Our approach to security and privacy is supported by internationally recognised frameworks, including:
- ISO 27001 – Information Security
- ISO 27701 – Privacy Information Management
- NIS2 cybersecurity readiness
These standards help ensure that customer data is handled securely and responsibly.
Sub-processors
To operate and support our services, Qbil may engage carefully selected third-party service providers, such as cloud infrastructure and support tooling providers.
All sub-processors are contractually required to meet appropriate data protection and security standards.
