Meet the improved AI Assistant in Qbil-Trade<\/h2>

Ask a question about your business and get the information you need without searching through different screens.<\/p>

De AI Assistant in Qbil-Trade has been improved<\/strong>, with specialized AI agents working behind the scenes, better conversational context and the ability to include documents in your questions.<\/p>

And intelligent AI summaries are now also available for Call Off Orders<\/strong>.<\/p>

One Assistant, different specialists<\/h3>

You still interact with one AI Assistant. But behind the scenes, your question is automatically routed to the specialist best equipped to answer it.<\/p>

De AI Trading agent<\/strong> handles questions about areas such as Positions, Contracts, hedging, risk and mark-to-market.<\/p>

De AI Finance agent<\/strong> focuses on invoices, receivables, P&L, credit exposure and cash flow, while the AI Logistics agen<\/strong>t handles questions about shipments, transport, storage costs and inventory.<\/p>

There are also specialized agents for Template Generation and Support. The Support agent can answer support questions and can create a support ticket directly.<\/p>

You don’t have to decide which agent you need. Just ask your question and the Assistant takes care of the routing.<\/p>

Continue the conversation<\/h3>

The Assistant remembers the context within a conversation.<\/p>

That means you can ask a follow-up question without having to repeat all the information from your previous question.<\/p>

You can also add a document to your conversation. The Assistant can read PDF, JPG, XLSX and CSV files of up to 10 MB and use the information in the attachment as part of its answer.<\/p>

Easier access to information doesn’t mean bypassing the controls already in place.
The AI Assistant follows your existing permissions in Qbil-Trade and only uses information you are authorized to access.<\/p>
