Stel je kinderen voor in een snoepwinkel: alles ziet er heerlijk uit en ze willen het allemaal proberen. Maar productmanagement moest op de rem trappen. Want het gaat er niet om wat mogelijk is \u2013 het gaat erom <strong>waar onze gebruikers echt op wachten.<\/strong> Wat helpt hen eigenlijk sneller, gemakkelijker en slimmer te werken?<\/p><p><strong>Gebruikersverwachtingen<\/strong><\/p><p>Als we om ons heen kijken, gebruikt bijna iedereen tegenwoordig ChatGPT. Dit heeft een bepaalde verwachting gecre\u00eberd: dat AI in onze software direct \u201cChatGPT-achtig\u201d moet aanvoelen \u2013 een slimme gesprekspartner die alles voor je regelt. Maar helaas werkt dat (nog) niet zo. Een generieke chatbot integreren in een complexe ERP-omgeving is in dit stadium simpelweg niet werkbaar.<\/p><p>Dit cre\u00eberde een belangrijke uitdaging: hoe ontwikkelen we AI-oplossingen die <strong>passen binnen de dagelijkse praktijk van onze gebruikers<\/strong> zonder hen te overweldigen met complexiteit?<\/p><p><strong>De beste oplossing per scherm<\/strong><\/p><p>Onze aanpak: de beste AI-oplossingen per scherm ontwikkelen. Op die manier profiteren gebruikers direct van slimme functies in de context waarin ze werken. Maar hier ligt een uitdaging: als iedere AI-functie een beetje anders werkt, hoe houd je het dan <strong>gebruiksvriendelijk en intu\u00eftief<\/strong>? Tenslotte zou niemand een handleiding nodig moeten hebben om AI te gebruiken.<\/p><p><strong>De AI Hub \u2013 \u00e9\u00e9n knop, alle functies<\/strong><\/p><p>Daarom kwamen we met de <strong>AI Hub<\/strong>. E\u00e9n centrale knop die \u2013 afhankelijk van het scherm waar de gebruiker zich in bevindt \u2013 automatisch de relevante AI-functies weergeeft. Dit zorgt voor overzichtelijkheid en stelt gebruikers in staat om direct de juiste ondersteuning te benutten, op het juiste moment.<\/p><p><strong>Welke AI-functies zijn reeds beschikbaar?<\/strong><\/p><p>Ondertussen hebben we een indrukwekkende set AI-functies ontwikkeld in <strong>Qbil-Handel<\/strong> en <strong>Moo Software<\/strong>:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Slimme Contract Parser<\/strong> \u2013 contracttekst \u279d automatisch ingevulde velden<\/li><li><strong>UI Samenvatter<\/strong> \u2013 samenvattingen van contracten\/facturen + bijlagen<\/li><li><strong>Dashboard Generator<\/strong> \u2013 maak dashboards van vragen in natuurlijke taal<\/li><li><strong>Webrapportassistent<\/strong> \u2013 rapporten filteren\/analyseren met tekst of stem<\/li><li><strong>Slimme Adresparser<\/strong> \u2013 adressen intelligent lezen en invullen<\/li><li><strong>AI Assistent (ChatBot)<\/strong> \u2013 stel vragen in duidelijke taal, krijg direct antwoord<\/li><li><strong>Slimme Navigatie<\/strong> \u2013 zoeken en filteren met tekst of spraak<\/li><li><strong>Functiebeheer<\/strong> \u2013 beheer en controle van AI-functies<\/li><\/ul><p>Al deze functies komen samen in de <strong>AI Hub<\/strong>, dat binnenkort beschikbaar zal zijn voor onze gebruikers.<\/p><p><strong>De toekomst van AI in onze software<\/strong><\/p><p>En dit is pas het begin. Ons doel is dat AI niet alleen vragen beantwoordt, maar ook proactief met suggesties komt. Denk aan:<br \/><em>\u201cZal ik een contract opstellen voor Moo Trading van 50.000 kg magere melkpoeder \u00e0 \u20ac2.380 per ton, DAP Amsterdam?\u201d<\/em><\/p><p>Of AI die automatisch analyses, tips en waarschuwingen voor uw handel levert.
